wifi dongle (or) data card with portable router

Hi...

Sorry for very common question... i want to use my 3G BSNL sim for the data connection and for that i would like to buy a data card and a portable router (to carry in shirt packet) .. so that i can use internet during travel times.. please let me know which are the brands i can buy ... i prefer costly and very quality products...
