Bleeding From Anal Region

For past 3 days while passing motion there is bleeding in my anal region. i am worried that it might be piles ! while passing motion i feel slight pain / burning sensation over that area. i am unable to concentrate on work and i am mentally disturbed and feel like my life is over.
