Need Some Help In Choosing Better Certifications?

Hi friends,

I worked in ITES sector since last seven years. Mostly in BPO and Tech-support. I want to enhance my skills to get a hike in my career growth.
What International Certifications are better options for me. I got experience in Windows Troubleshooting. I am not that good in programming. I do designing of website and print as a freelancer, but its not regular basis.

Many people suggested me to go for Salesforce Certification. Is it good?
What about Microsoft Certifications Specially Active Directory Specialization.?
Certification for Database form Oracle or Microsoft SQL
Cloud Computing Platforms

Please advice me with them or if anything else.
