Urgent: A question on taking enema position.

I'm to administrate a punishment enema to my friend (male) I have all the accessories and prepared the liquid.

I'm thinking of changing the traditional position.

I'm hoping that lying flat down on the floor facing down the floor with legs and hands stretched and taped to the floor will cause a different sensation because of the restriction to the inflammation of the stomach when the liquid enter.

Guys please tell me that this potion is ok and any experiences on this position or videos ?
