Flash player continuously crashing in Firefox

Dear Friends,I'm using the latest version of Firefox (43.0.1)
and Adobe Flash(20.0.0.235).
But Flash player is continuously crashing and showing this error message
"Adobe Flash player 20.0 r0 has stopped working".

need help and suggestions to overcome this issue.
