chrome didn't work

hi friends
few day back all thing was normal , due to mistake i downloaded the addware for removal of that i use malware removal program and addware program problem was solved but there is new problem arise in chrome and internet explorer

1---- whenever i open chrome /explorer the web page said that

Unable to connect to the proxy server

i try that proxy setting but nothing happen

what should i do now , opera is running normal so there is no net problem it seem
