weird situation

what to do if a person's wife completely lost interest in sexual foreplay, intercourse and didn't have any kind of attraction or thoughts.. Also, making distance every time...

female age is in mid thirties around 35, having 2 kids. Dont know if this is a harmone issue or can it be corrected via physical exercise or yoga etc...
