Help - FilesFlash Premium Membership - Never Received

Hi Friends

I thought to buy Filesflash premium account. So I followed http://filesflash.com/resellers.php and transferred money to an account through Paysera. I also got a confirmation saying that the amount was received.

But I haven't got the Premium account code and there is no number to call them. I sent three emails and no response yet.

Have I been cheated here. Any view guys.
