On behalf of Xossip's Admin Team I am delighted to present herewith the Ultimate Story Contest 2015 Awards Night.
Before that let me take a few moments in thanking my colleagues and friends, JustFlyingHigh and salma.khan798 whose untiring efforts and the enthusiasm of nain11ster made this mammoth task look easy which was entrusted by Japs our CM on my shoulder. And last but not the least the back end support given by Drift_King21 (DK macha) bro :claps:
This contest was really the contest of Writers and Readers, kudos :applause: to all of them who wholeheartedly participated and made this event a grand success, it was first time we saw 40 entries pouring in, in the very first 4 days and the finish too was awesome with 11 entries on the last day. And never ever we saw the floodgates of Reviews that happened this time, nain11ster got 41 reviews :faint: a record I don't think would ever be broken :) But there is a sad feeling too that readers stuck to those writers they liked and did not pay attention to the work of others, I would sincerely request all readers to be a real sport and encourage all participants in future contests.
Some stories really met the theme of the contest 'Everyone has an Ultimate Story in Mind, What's Yours?' and gave judges a real tough time to award the scores. It's sad that we can't give the same award to all participants in terms of what the top 3 would be getting, but the 1000 Rep Points that every participant would get per qualified entry is just a token of the heartfelt appreciation we have for all participants without whom this contest has no meaning.
