I am planning to change my Old 18" TFT Monitor to Full HD LED Monitor.. My Budget is 15K Max with (+)(-) 2K... Which suits me best ??

I have no idea of Using Touch Monitors!!

What about AOC or Dell ??

Dell 24" Full HD

or

AOC 24"


or Any other nice Options!!??

I'm planning to connect my Denon Sound System to this with HDMI Output to have a blast of Audio!!!
