PF Transfer Confusion. Help

Hello,

I was working in HCL Technologies Noida from 05.08.2010 to 21.03.2014, and moved on to another company from 01.04.2014. HCL Technologies has a PF Trust account which they printed on payslips HR/5572/....
When I used to type it on EPF website, this account no. was not detected. Hence, I submitted a physical form for transfer of PF. I started receiving EPFO SMS with claim tracking ID & PF account no. which was different from what the payslips had. After about a month I received a message that my claim has been rejected. Reason is in dispatch.
This new company is good, I got its PF account no. linked to UAN.
I thought of putting an online transfer request with this new no. appearing in the SMS and strangely this no. was detected as HCL Technologies Udyog Vihar Gurgaon. I submitted the transfer claim again.

Also, I checked the tracking ID claim status on EPFO website... and shockingly its status is approved. Payment under process.

Now I am confused....

I inquired my previous organization and it says they never received any claim request.
New organization says it sent the previous request (which is true since I started getting messages immediately)
Ive submitted the new claim request its pdfs have been signed and sent to my present organization to re-request a transfer
SMS says claim rejected
Website says approved.

PF transfer is such a hassle and scam that I think that I wont see a single rupee when I get old since this first transfer is making me go bald in stress. Is withdrawl an option?
Kindly help. If required, I can give detailed account nos. and tracking IDs as well.
