Help - How to create an image index

Hi guys. I think you all should have seen My Shemale / Ladyboy thread which is grabbing a lot of eye ball of the Xossip viewers in the recent past.

To help viewers navigate easily (The thread has crossed 830 pages) i would like to create the images of each series as an index in the front page.

This will make viewers select their choice of Shemale / Ladyboy and enojoy the visit to the thread.

PLEASE HELP ME...
