hi guys i am using my office laptop due to some personal reasons i am going to quit .the problem is -due to booting problem i given my computer for service they reinstalled windows 7 ultimate to windows home basic they even partioned harddrive folder to c d e f <but formerly i had only c d e> i kept some important jpeg photos in e drive but now i can find the file but i find inaccesible with message windows photo viewer cannot open the file u need permission to access the file
