regular course

i did my UG degree (BCA) through part time. But now a days all recruiters and IT companies ask for regular courses only... otherwise they simply reject the application. right now, i 'm working in a small firm... but i would like to do some higher education... Doing via executive MBA through IIMs will give value ..? because they also come under part time right... please suggest me..
